Process Improvement

Many times during a user interview session we unearth a handful of process improvements  just by listening to users talk about a particular web site or web application. At the end of our sessions we combine all of our data and try to find trends.

Using a holistic approach we take a look at all of the business processes, user processes, and workflow processes to help achieve increased productivity, a better end user experience.
